Interview is same but when it comes to candidate it totally differs like if a candidate is fresher then we have to one path of questions and if interviewer is experienced then one set of questions are asked Here we will discuss about the question where most (almost all) of experienced candidates face.
What is the tough job you experienced in your previous job?
Here candidate must be well-versed with the question, the interviewer wants how you are mingling or what’s your opinion or thoughts about previous company
Never say bad about any of your employer or your co-worker,it will badly effect your personality and your attitude before company’s management
You can say your previous working culture there,How they used to assign works, how they used to give prior intimation if you want to work on weekends,so by this interviewer can understand that you are completely focused on your job
Above question is totally different from this question===>>> “Toughest part of your project”….
Above question asks about your complete job,but here interviewer is very specific about your project,Here you can express about your project details but not about company or overall job details
Here you need to explain how productive about your project and how to deal with your tough times of project execution,How successfully you managed your clients,What are mistakes you made in project ,lessons you learnt out of mistakes
Point to keep in mind:-
Never highlight your negative points instead highlight your positives which will be more useful for approaching company
